standard fee for this service is £85 + VAT.
Our
surveyor will carry out a Site visit to access the property for suitability. You will then be issued with our findings along with a breakdown
of required physical and associated administration
works.
The HMO Survey fee will be made redeemable
against the cost of upgrading work should you
wish to proceed with Complete Solutions.
