Site Survey, Issue Estimate, Complete Physical Upgrade, Licence Application (Fee’s dependant on number of occupants), Floor Plans, Display Site Notice/ Remove Site Notice (after allocated time), Notify tenants of start date and any inspection dates, Project Manage Physical Works, Representation at Council Inspections, and Correspondence with local authority.

HMO Renewals

Every landlord that owns an HMO property is required to submit a renewal application prior to the expiry date off their initial application, to ensure their property is operating legally.

The City of Edinburgh Council operates the renewal process on a monthly ward basis.

HMO Legal Representation
