Complete Solutions Scotland Ltd. was formed in 2001 originally to provide comprehensive solutions to Private Landlords and Letting Agents applying for Houses in Multiple Occupancy (HMO) licences.

Based in Marchmont, at the heart of Edinburgh ’s most concentrated letting area, we are ideally placed to assist clients with all HMO and upgrading related matters.

 Our vast experience in this field has now established us as Scotland ’s leading HMO Licensing specialist. Operating in Edinburgh , Glasgow and Stirling we have successfully upgraded and submitted applications in excess of 1800 properties over the last five years.
